Target group
Recipients of unfavourable administrative decisions who wish to challenge them through an out-of-court procedure without legal representation.
Challenge
The aforementioned target group requires a privacy-oriented and reliable self-help tool which - unlike currently available AI-powered options - takes the specific legal context into account and supports the drafting of quality legal letters.
These procedures typically concern administrative and social law, where legal representation is not mandatory. Some users choose to represent themselves, often to reduce costs or maintain direct control over their case. As such cases are often not particularly attractive to many lawyers, fast and uncomplicated access to alternative solutions becomes especially important.
Key components
This project combines several interconnected components, including AI-assisted drafting (aiming to approximate "lawyer-like" reasoning), data minimization and anonymization layers as well as controlled interaction workflows. Structure and implementation details may change during development.
This tool is intended to assist users who choose to represent themselves and does not provide legal advice or replace professional legal representation.
Costs
A basic version of complete letter drafting will remain available for free. Additional features may be introduced over time. The more donations we manage to gather, the higher quality services we will be able to offer free of charge.
