Philosophy

Privacy and security

Privacy and data security are central principles of NsperaNova's work. All services are designed to meet consistently high standards of data protection, regardless of the client's location. NsperaNova does not operate business models that rely on the sale or exploitation of personal data. Data processing is limited to what is technically necessary for the provision of services. The company's server infrastructure is currently located in the EEA. Third-party providers offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in accordance with applicable law. While acknowledging that no system can be entirely risk-free, NsperaNova applies data minimization principles and conservative storage practices in order to reduce exposure and limit potential attack surfaces as far as reasonably possible.

Individualization

Where individuality is relevant to a project's purpose, branding, or user requirements, NsperaNova favors individualized technical structures over standardized platform profiles. This may include, for example, standalone websites or customized system architectures instead of uniform, centrally controlled solutions. This approach is intended to support users who require flexibility, autonomy or a distinct technical presence, while still ensuring maintainability and compliance with legal and technical standards.

Simplification

NsperaNova aims to keep user-facing systems as simple and efficient as possible. Complex processes and algorithms are handled in the background and should not place unnecessary cognitive or technical burdens on users. In practice, this means avoiding excessive plugins, non-essential tracking technologies, and performance-heavy components unless they are strictly required. Simplification is applied deliberately and pragmatically, with the understanding that additional complexity may be unavoidable in certain cases, particularly where legal or compliance obligations apply.

Combination

NsperaNova combines established technical components with new or unconventional configurations in order to create practical, user-oriented solutions. No rush

NsperaNova follows a long-term development approach. Products and services are not released prematurely solely for the purpose of rapid monetization. Adequate research, testing, and security review are considered essential prerequisites before launch. Where appropriate, alternative funding models are explored to avoid compromising technical quality or data protection standards. The goal is to deliver services that are sustainable and genuinely useful, even if this requires extended development timelines.

Your input

User feedback plays an important role in the ongoing improvement of our services. From time to time, we may invite users to participate in short questionnaires or provide informal feedback - for example regarding desired features of future products or aspects of existing solutions that could be improved. Where appropriate, participation may be acknowledged through small, non-monetary benefits or early access to certain features, without any obligation or expectation.

Accessibility for small businesses

NsperaNova aims to design services and technical structures that reduce unnecessary upfront barriers, particularly for smaller businesses and independent users. Where feasible and appropriate, certain services may be structured so that costs arise only after value has been generated, rather than requiring significant commitments in advance.

This approach is not universal and depends on the nature of the respective service. Some services inherently require upfront costs, while others allow for alternative models or optional upgrades. Users may also choose to move to pricing structures with upfront fees or additional paid features where usage, scale, or operational needs change.

This principle reflects a preference for aligning technical design and cost structures with real-world usage, rather than shifting risk entirely to the user at the outset.

Mutual support

NsperaNova values every contribution from donors and supporters and understands support as a two-way relationship rather than a one-time transaction. Wherever possible, we aim to explore practical ways of giving something back that aligns with the interests and needs of those who support our work. Depending on the project and context, this may include temporary access to services, vouchers, early or extended use of certain features, cooperation opportunities or other non-monetary benefits. These forms of appreciation are not standardized and are developed gradually, based on what is realistically feasible at a given stage.
